The Lazarus Project is a prototype that can be translated and duplicated in virtually any nation where Internet use is high.
Phase I involves a media campaign and an Internet evangelism strategy currently breaking barriers in Muslim regions where traditional evangelism is not allowed or is unfruitful.
Phase II involves the planting of house churches in regions where traditional Christian churches are not allowed or are culturally irrelevant.
