Hermenia D. Carroll
Hermenia D. Carroll
A “missionary mother” and mentor, Sister Hermenia is a true missions veteran. She lived through the Liberian civil war and befriended a Fulani chief in Gambia, to mention just a few of her many adventures. Hermenia can now add a ph.D to her list of accomplishments, as she was recently granted a doctorate in missions for her extensive years of missions service. Now based in Alabama, she continues to work extensively in missionary training, traveling to West Africa to mentor former students and advocating for the education of impoverished children in West Africa.
