Fred and Dianne Doell

Fred and Diane are Canadian missionaries to Pattaya, Thailand. They pastor Victory Family Church, an international church with many outreaches. They founded Mercy Ministries, a ministry to the poorest of the poor in their city with a focus on children at risk. Through this ministry they weekly minister in slum areas and prisons and operate a home for abused children. The Doells’ have a daughter, Jennifer, who works in ministry in the US and have recently adopted Joshua, their Thai son.
