Moses and Frances are charter class graduates of the Monrovia Bible Training Center in Liberia, founded by Russ and Wendy Tatro. Moses was discipled by Bro. Russ and served first as an extension school teacher and later as national director of the ministry in Liberia. The Foyahs then served as missionaries to Ivory Coast, West Africa, founding a Bible training center in Abidjan and later turning the work over to national leadership.
The Foyahs now live in Kentucky with their six children, ministering in various capacities in US churches while continuing to mentor those they trained in West Africa.
