Vincent and Delia are former directors of a Living Word Missions-affiliated Bible training center in Baguio City. In 2005 they launched a ministry to the remote rural coastal people on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. They lead outreaches to areas inaccessible by road, traveling by boat to provide medical and dental treatment, personal care items and food and clothing as a means of opening doors for evangelism in this region.
The Padupads have pioneered five Bible training centers and have planted three churches in rural areas and pastor a church in Baguio City. They have many open doors to minister in denominational churches, bringing a message of victory and seeing signs confirming the Word.
Vincent and Delia have four children, Ariel, Vincent Jr., Christine and Rey.
