John and Liliane are veteran missionaries, who founded Eternal Word International Church in Brussels, the capital of the European Union. They also founded Eternal Word Editions, which serves as a publishing house for Full Gospel materials in French.
John travels extensively teaching on Bible prophecy and the role of the European Union in end-times events. Liliane, pastor of Eternal Word International Church, is a third-generation missionary, raised in the Congo.
The Roods have five sons, Philip, Daniel, Steven, David and Jonathan, who have been raised entirely on the mission field.
