Charles and Sylvie Toakesse are the Directors of Living Water Ministries Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), an affiliate of Living Word Missions. They were discipled by Moses and Frances Foyah between 1998 and 2003.
Charles is involved in the establishing of Bible training centers and church planting.
Under his leadership, a central church in Abidjan has seen tremendous growth.
The church has sent a missionary to the African nation of Guinea and other missionaries are being equipped to go into the nations to fulfill the Great Commission.
Bible schools have also been started in Poitier, France and Sweden under Charles’ leadership.
Charles is an excellent teacher of the Word and an evangelist with signs and wonders accompanying the preaching of the Word.
Sylvie is an excellent children’s minister and her desire is to see children’s ministry established in churches throughout the Ivory Coast.
Charles and Sylvie live in Abidjan, Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire) and have three children, Petuel, Marie Estelle and Marie Faith.
