Bio: Fred and Dianne are Canadian missionaries to Pattaya, Thailand.  They are the founders of Encounter Church, based in Pattaya with satellite churches in five other locations.  They are also the founders of Mercy Pattaya, a ministry to the poorest of the poor in their city with a focus on children at risk.
