Bio: Vincent and Delia seek the lost in the remote, rural, coastal areas of the island of Luzon in the Philippines. They lead outreaches to areas sometimes inaccessible by road, traveling by boat or foot to provide medical and dental treatment, personal care items and food and clothing as a means of opening doors for evangelism. They oversee two Bible schools and a church, in addition to their regular missions outreaches.
